Design and Construction
The Guadalajara Line 3 project included the construction of high-precision rail tracks to support the demands of urban mass transit. Track assembly and plinth casting were performed to ensure a solid and durable base. The track devices installed included single, double diagonal and bretelle track components, essential to ensure safe and smooth transit.
Aluminothermic welding was used to ensure high-strength joints between the rails, while stress relieving was used to optimize the performance of the rail system under demanding operating conditions. This project not only improved the transportation infrastructure in Guadalajara, but also set a new quality standard in urban rail construction.
