We build track for passenger trains and urban transit. Passenger track requires tighter tolerances than industrial track, because trains run faster and carry people.
On these projects we handle:
- Track installation: placement and alignment of rails and fastenings.
- Plinth casting: concrete bases that support the rail on ballastless sections.
- Turnouts: single turnouts, double crossovers and bretelles, which allow trains to move from one track to another.
- Thermite welding and rail destressing: continuous rail joints and adjustment of temperature-induced stresses.
Project in this category:
- Line 3 Guadalajara, Jalisco (with CPVM): track installation, plinth casting and single turnouts, double crossovers and bretelles, with thermite welding and rail destressing.
Working on an urban transit project?
Tell us about the section, the track type and the turnouts it requires. We will propose a scope and a work schedule.
