Construction
Track construction included one track to the warehouse area and two spurs to the unloading area with a frame-type traveling crane. Construction included earthwork, culverts, at-grade crossings, track embedded in concrete inside the warehouse, and rail construction. Track construction included three No. 10 115RE Conrail turnouts. The tracks were constructed with concrete ties with RNY fastening, and 115RE rail welded on concrete ballasted track. Wooden ties 7x9x9x9 with standard fastening were used on curves greater than 4°.
