L-Series Backhoe Loaders use a wet cylinder liner engine design with replaceable cylinder liners for exceptional cooling, reduced oil dilution and reduced ring wear. This means cooler engine components and longer engine life compared to block-built designs. Increased Productivity The new 91 maximum horsepower engine option provides 9% more power for improved hill climbing, pushing force and front loader work.

It offers pilot injection for easy cold-weather starts, four-valve cylinder head for exceptional “intake” at high altitudes, and a Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) that automatically compensates for elevation changes.

The operator’s station contains an adjustable lumbar swivel seat, upholstered in deluxe fabric, with mechanical suspension and fully adjustable armrests, plus a large front window and more legroom.
